09/19/2019 Day 102 head to Monument Valley, Bluff, UT

Today we head to Bluff, UT for two nights, so we can go to Monument Valley. 

Yesterday, we went to the Petrified ForestNational Park (love my Sr Pass, saved another $30). Also, drove through the Painted Desert. Both were awesome! 

Here’s some sights along the way:

This is a different sign 🤔🤔

This is a petrified tree. The colors inside look like gemstone rocks! 

She almost blends in 😂😂

According to the info sheet, this area used to be a rain forest millions of years ago 🤷🏻‍♀️. 

If you’ve ever been to the Badlands, thenyou have a good idea what the Painted Desert looks like. It’s beautiful! 

We also lucked out because my “Just Ahead” app has a tour guide for both.

It was pretty cool. 

When we got back, we dropped off the girls so we could ride down to the Meteor Crater. When we got inside the place, wesaw the admission fee and left. I don’t think $16 each (Sr Price) was worth paying to see a big hole. So, I Googled it 🤷🏻‍♀️😂
