Yesterday we woke up to a cold, foggy overcast morning, and didn’t really plan on doing much. Well, this crazy weather turned, the sun came out and it got pretty decent, so we took a drive.
Here’s the early morning fog:
It looks like it’s finally clearing here:
We drove around the base, and then we decided to find the little town of Coupeville, that one of the guys said was a cute place. It really was a cute little town (all 2 blocks of it) and since we had the girls and really no place to park we moved on down the road.
Here’s a few pics of stuff on the base:
This Navy Air Base specializes in electronic scrambling.
They’re flying over all the time ☺️
The town on Coupeville was pretty cute, but small
I would’ve liked to gone in this awesome lavender shop.
Back at our campground, check this out! I’ve never seen artichokes grown
And, last but not least, there was a pretty decent sunset in spite of the crazy start
Have a good one everybody, we’re sure trying to.
Great pics love the scenery.
