Yesterday’s drive was a bit stressful going through Seattle rush hour (that lasted way past 10:00 am), but once we got through the rest of the ride was OK.
This is what we saw at the Rest Area, read the sign (if you can) it tells the story of this tree
The mountaintop in the background is MtBaker (elev 10,781)
We safely landed, found our site & later walked the girls on the beach. Check out our “backyard”!
The “driftwood” is big trees!
The “seashells” are rocks!
