Why, is today a rest day, you ask? Because last night we hit Vegas for the AWESOME Cirque de Solei -O show !
Mr Charley has never seen a Cirque show and although it took a lot of self discipline to NOT watch any FOOTBALL on those big screens, I don’t think he was disappointed in the show.
We left early so we could find a good place to park, and since we weren’t that hungry, we thought we’d get a drink and an appetizer somewhere. Of course, the Bellagio is not really the place to find it. $40 and 2 SLICES of pizza & 2 beers later, we were sitting in “SNACKS” watching the people feed the machines. People watching is one of my favorite things to do. ☺️
Mr C was happy when he found out he could smoke inside 🤦🏻♀️. We had some time to kill, so we walked around and window “shopped” until it was time for the show.

Last time we were in Vegas I hated it! This time, walking around the streets was enjoyable. There were still lots of people, but they were tourists like us, no street people walking up, invading my space and begging. I didn’t feel threatened, which made for a much better time for me.
We got home safe and sound. The girls were happy & ready for their “night night” treat and bed.
Mr Charley wasn’t sure if he wanted to watch the game, but I said “go for it!”
Popcorn and a drink, by halftime it was 28-0 Clemson over Ga Tech and I was nodding off in my chair. 🤦🏻♀️
So, this morning we finished watching it and, of course, Clemson won (52-14?)
