Yesterday we took a drive to find Mr Charley’s retina Dr office. And, we did a little drive through downtown Vegas.
Why would they post “the perimeter lights on the sign are standard yellow?”
I Googled it & there is no “logical” explanation that I could find. 🤔🤔🤷🏻♀️
But.......I did find this!
You can BUY a commemorative light bulb from the sign!
“Young Electric Sign Company, owners of the sign, was established in 1920 and is a well respected company with a number of offices located in 7 western states. To insure you of the lights authenticity YESCO will track and document the day and time of removal as well as the lights placement on the sign. Removal time is set between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m. allowing flexibility with respect to their business practices. Official Las Vegas Light will pick up the lights from YESCO and transport them to our warehouse where they will be packaged with a certificate of authenticity complete with date, serial number and time of removal. The #1 light comes from the #1 slot, the #2 light from the second slot and so on.
This is guaranteed!”They support local charities, who knew 🤷🏻♀️
Here’s more pics:
We had the girls, so we didn’t walk Fremont Street, but we will before we leave.
I heard from some of my babies, which made for a great afternoon ☺️❤️ I’m so thankful they’re safe and well after the hurricane worries.
Red Lobster for dinner. It’s not Cedar River Seafood, but it works for a shrimp fix. 😁
That’s it for now. We’re starting to get antsy to hit the road soon, we’ve been sitting a long time.
At least it’s “cooled down” a little. It’s a nice 78 at 5:30 am 🥴 but the high today is not triple digits!
Have a good one everybody, we’re sure trying to
