It’s Tuesday and we’re leaving TX and heading to OK. 
We’ve decided to spend a couple of nights in OK so we can go to the Oklahoma City National Memorial. Mr Charley and Sherry went years ago and he wants me to see it. So here we go! Goodbye retired Big Texan big horned limos!

When we went by Groom, TX I googled it and this came up: Groom is a small town located on Historic Route 66 in Texas, it is famous for its 198 foot tall Giant Cross, and its Leaning water tower.And….look what we saw! 
How about that?!? We saw this camper in the rest area.

We safely made it to our campground. This place is small, but very nice! And it’s only $20 a night! Here’s some pics:
