It’s Wednesday and we’re in Wakefield, MI. 
Yesterday was a nice, quiet, beautiful day. The weather has been good, really cool (cold) in the morning and sunny in the afternoon. We took a drive around just to see what we could see. Here’s a few pics:
This place prides itself on over 200 inches of snow each year for great snow skiing. But the “mountains” aren’t really big (more like tall hills). Oh well, I guess that’s like surfing at Myrtle Beach instead of Hawaii.
After our drive around (about an hour) we came back home and Mr C and the girls took a nap. We were all pretty tired (I wish I could nap). Here’s some pics around here:
When I came back outside, this little fella was sitting in my chair!
It was a nice, relaxing day. We needed it!
Mr C fixed a nice dinner. Little smokies and sauerkraut ; his “famous” sweet potatoes and perfect “flip out the skillet” cornbread.
