It’s Thursday and we’re in ND!!! Our 50th state!!
Did I tell you we’re in another new time zone??That’s 2 hours BEHIND our eastern time zone. In other words when it’s 6:30 pm here our body thinks it’s 8:30!!!! It’s still daylight & the sun is still shining! BRIGHT! Reverse that, and knowing we are EARLY morning people, you can guess what time we get up! (This morning, I woke at 4:30 here and the sky was blue!!!!)
We had a pretty good drive yesterday. It wasn’t too far (only about 180 miles) so we took our time and ended up too early to checkin, so we sat at a rest area for awhile. Not just any Rest Area, but it was the Pictured Canyon Rest Area of Theodore Roosevelt National Park! The main reason we came to Medora, ND! 
They even had a Gift Shop! So….yes I got a T-Shirt and a pin for my hat. I also got a magnet for Mr C’s refrigerator. Today, we’re actually going to drive through the National Park, but let me show you some pics from yesterdays drive:
