It’s Sunday and we’re in Durango, CO!

The weather has been so nice here in Durango. It starts out kinda cool and cloudy, but then turns nice and sunny, then later on cloudy and rainy. Today it’s supposed to be high 77. I can handle that. Since we’re leaving tomorrow, I need to get the laundry done today and “clean up” a bit.
Tomorrow we head to Rio Rancho, NM (near Albuquerque). It’s about 200 miles, not too bad.
We’ll be there a few days, then head to Amarillo for Labor Day weekend. The whole goal in RVing is to be sure you have reservations for “holiday” weekends! We’re supposed to go to Corpus Christi after that, but we’re watching the weather, between heat waves and hurricanes we may need to change our plans. We’ve been safe this far and I know the Lord will take care of us through it all.
That’s about it for now. The girls are still in the bed, so I can’t strip the bed yet, so I’ll just sip on my coffee and rest my foot until I really need to start my day.

Have a good one everybody.
