It’s Sunday and we’re in Christmas, MICHIGAN! Here’s a pic of “the rocks” in our campground.
Yesterday we took a boat tour along the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. (My bad, I thought it was a National Park). It was a long 3 hour ride, but the weather was great and the sights were pretty cool. I have to admit when we got back and I started “editing” my pics, I was impressed with the colors! (My “editing” consists of cropping peoples heads out and hitting the “sparkle” button. Anything deeper than that is for all you experts.) They did not look this colorful “live”, if that makes sense. It could be my eyesight through my glasses in the sun, but I honestly wasn’t that impressed with what I saw. (Mr Charley said we’ve just been too many places with such beautiful sights it takes a lot to impress us) But after seeing my pics, I was impressed! It was really cool and I’m glad we went. So, here’s some awesome pics from Pictured Rocks :

Some of them reminded me of the Badlands in SD, some like the Colorado Rockies. But, like I said my pics looked better than what I saw. Go figure! We’ll mosey through some shops today and get ready to head out in the morning.
