It’s Friday and we’re in Cody, WY! And….. some of our babies are here! This is my sweet little great granddaughter, Braelyn. I think she’s having a great adventure!

Since we drove Yellowstone Wednesday, we took Thursday off from driving far. The kids had a whitewater rafting trip planned and I had a date with the laundromat. The weather here was cloudy and windy, and I was praying ‘em through safely. When they got back they said they had a blast and the weather was “cloudy” but not raining or bad. How about that for some answered prayers!
After the kids got back, they had lunch and Mr C drove them over to the Cody Museum. They seemed to enjoy it! They had a scavenger hunt, and if you “found” what they had listed you get a sticker for that museum. (There’s 5 different “museums” in the place). Braelyn had to get a new “water bottle” to put all her new stickers on. When they got back, we chilled out and Mr C grilled out steaks. After dinner, we just hung out outside (it was so nice out). Brae met a couple of friends in the campground, so she “hung out” with them for awhile. Here’s some random pics I got from Nicole:

My sister, Sara passed away Wednesday 7/24/2023. She was the firstborn of the 4 of us. We weren’t extremely close (she was mean to me growing up) and she was 5 years older than me, so Mama always made me “tag along” with her. But….she was my sister and in our family blood is always thicker than water. And, Mama raised us to look out for each other. And that’s what we do.

R I P, sis. Hug Mom & Dad for me. Now you’re hanging with your “bestie” Bonnie.
Here’s a few pics:

Have a good one everybody.
