It’s Friday and we’re in KY!
So it looks like if you can “save photo” or take a pic it’s ok to post, BUT if you take a “screenshot” Blogger (or Google) doesn’t like it. However, I think if you take a screenshot and edit it BEFORE it’s saved to your photos, you can crop and save.
Sounds confusing, something else I have to “Remember”; but I’ll try.
Yesterday was rainy and “cool”, so we hung out here, took care of some needed chores and did some KY planning. I was looking at some bourbon tours and the few I researched (again) were “full” and needed to be booked up to 3 months in advance. But! There’s a distillery not far from here that’s reasonably priced and reservations are not necessary. We’ll go there either Saturday or Monday.
I looked into going to The Ark Encounter, but that place is EXPENSIVE! I’m sure it’s awesome, but it’s a bit pricey for us.
I also checked out the Louisville Slugger Museum and the times and days won’t fit into our schedule. When I told Mr Charley they don’t make the bats here anymore (they’re made in China now) he got aggravated and said he didn’t want to go anyway!
So, we decided today we will drive to Louisville and go to the Kentucky Derby Museum!
(WELL, SHOOTFIRE!!! the crop, edit save doesn’t work either! Sorry )
That’s it for today. I did get my tackle box out of the “front storage” and moved it to “the basement”, depending on the weather this weekend, I might just go fishing!
And….I saw this and got a smile. My Dad played the violin and always got offended when people called it a fiddle! This explains why (my Dad was not a Southerner!)
