It’s Wednesday and we’re in Colorado Springs, CO! 
We weren’t sure where we were going to go today. We’ve been here before, so it’s just a matter of what do we want to see again? We’re so blessed to be able to do this, so it’s just another opportunity to experience it again.
We took a scenic drive today to Mesa Overlook Point and through the Garden of the gods. Here’s some pics:
The AFAC Chapel is still under construction, so we won’t be able to see it. But….Pikes Peak has reopened for personal vehicles to drive up with timed reservations! So, yep I made reservations for tomorrow morning. Mr C won’t be able to get out of the truck once we reach the top (he’s already having a time breathing so that altitude will not be good for him). But I’m gonna hobble my way in and see how they’ve redone the gift shop! LOL! That’s it for now. Mr c is grilling ribs tonight!
