Time and money

Mr. Charley & I have a saying "Time and Money", that's about all we have. We say that every time we need to make a large purchase, or spend some big money. It was my turn this time. I haven't used my laptop in months! Mainly, because its an old dog & the keyboard & mouse pad didn't work very well; so I use my iPhone for about everything.  When I started this blog, I thought I could just write it up, add pics from my phone & post it. Well, it doesn't work that way. I thought I retired from all this techie stuff (ugggh). So, I bit the bullet & bought a new (cheap) laptop that I can key on. I've spent the last couple of days getting it setup & moving things over from one to the other. (uggggh) I especially miss my emoticons :(

I was so happy when we got through the Missouri rains & avoided any floods, heading to  Mitchell, SD. The weather there was  nice & sunny, but very windy. Our plans were to stay a couple of nights & rest as we make our way to Bozeman, MT for Mr. Charley's eye shot the 17th . We had come here a couple of years ago on "The Great Adventure" (my first trip out west with Mr. Charley) & visited the Corn Palace, and due to the heavy winds, we ended up staying over an extra day so we could see it again!  It also gave me a chance to got to the Walmart & get this new laptop, hence, "Time & Money".  I have pictures! And, now that I have a new laptop (that I'm still trying to key on) I can easily post them. Now I have to set up  how to upload pics from my camera since these are from Mr Charley's via flash drive. Oh well, "Time and Money" ........

RV riding is time & money, spending it & taking it or vice versa

  1. It's amazing how the corn palace changes. At least it wasn't work in progress.

    1. It wasn't totally open (store, etc) looks like they're scheduled for graduations. But we saw the outside & the new theme. ☺️
