It sure is beautiful here

Leaving SC for our Grand Adventure sure has been interesting.
Day 1 we went from SC to NC to TN
Day 2 we went from TN to KY to IL to MO
Day 3 (today) we went from MO to IA to SD landing in Mitchell, SD home of the worlds ONLY Corn Palace 😆  I remember when we came here on our first Great Adventure, so I am curious to see what changes they've made since then. We'll stay here today & tomorrow so we can get the oil changed, then head out Tuesday venturing closer to Bozeman, MT & then on to Sweetgrass to (hopefully) hookup with some of our fellow Loosey Goosey folks.
The weather here is beautiful, sunny & windy. Everything looks green & fresh, yet WET from all the rain & probably snow melts.

I have pics, but I'm not sure how to post them on blogger (since I do this on my iPhone & Blogger is a Google app. I haven't dragged out my laptop in months 😩, so I'm trying to figure it out before resorting to that. If not, I'll get Mr Charley to do it since he lives on his laptop 😃

He laughs at me because if I can't get a pic if something I'll Google it & get a screen shot of it 🤗
Today we've followed along on the Lewis & Clark trail; crossed over Soldier River;  have snaked along & around the Missouri River, riding the line between IA & NE; passed by the Sgt Floyd Monument in Sioux City, IA (honors Charles Floyd a member of the Lewis & Clark expedition);   read about the Adams Homestead & Nature Preserve (2 sisters donated 1500 acres along the Missouri River to the people of SD) & of course all the Wall Drug signs, from Jackalopes to "The Remedy" 😂  But my favorite is " Eat Steak, Wear Furs, Keep your guns, The American Way"

That's about it for now. I think we're finally relaxing a bit & trying to get back in the "full-time" mode.  It's a lot different than landing somewhere & settling in for months at a time, but it's coming back 😉👍

Happy Sunday everyone !

RV riding is getting through 9 states in 3 days & enjoying the scenery along the way
